Refund policy
To be eligible for a refund, your purchase would have arrived damaged/unusable and have supporting photos/documents to illustrate the extend of damage. A replacement will happily be sent in this scenario however a refund is also accepted. We require proof of purchase and sufficient supporting documents prior to approving a refund.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If extenuating circumstances apply to your request for return/exchange reach out to us and each scenario will be reviewed and decided on on a case by case basis.
All orders including wholesale and bulk orders are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the order total provided that payment is not received after order confirmation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
